After a session, you often feel lighter, deeply relaxed, and regain mental clarity.
This is deep work that can bring old wounds and buried traumas to the surface. It’s important to be ready to welcome them with love. Reiki energy will support you every step of the way, it is channeled from the Source, the light of God, always here to protect and heal.
It’s a profound, almost surgical healing that repairs the wounded and trapped parts of your being, the areas of the body that need love and freedom to heal.
It creates space for you to shed your old skin and be reborn.

The session lasts 1 hour: 45 minutes of energy work and 15 minutes of integration.
At the end of the session, I'll send you a written feedback to help you fully become aware of what has been released.
Messages from your guides or departed loved ones may also come through. In the recap, you'll receive a guidance that will help you open new spaces of healing in the days following the session.
This process invites you to open your heart and trust in your own inner light.
You may experience physical or emotional releases immediately after the session or in the days that follow. It’s important to listen to your body, give it the rest it needs, and stay well hydrated.
Reiki does not interfere with your health issues; on the contrary, it can support you in your healing process.
However, Reiki should never replace traditional medical care, and it is always recommended to consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns.

I offer you a complete support package of 3 Reiki healing session to dive deeper into your transformation state:
❥ The first session is an energetic reset that helps you release stagnant energies and create space for the light to return.
❥ In the second session, we’ll continue working on the layers you need to release in order to fully embody your light. It will be the next step in your transformation, anchoring those changes even deeper into your body so they can naturally reflect in your daily life.
❥In the third session, you’ll be guided to truly step into your power. After integrating all the light that has returned to your body, you’ll learn how to use it to follow your life mission and purpose.
Sometimes, I might invite you to continue with a fourth or fifth session if I feel it would help you go even deeper in your healing journey.
The 3 hours of support will be scheduled a few weeks apart to allow integration and honor each person's natural healing process.

Sometimes the meaning unfolds right away, other times it reveals itself gently over the following days or weeks, as you integrate the energy and awareness that came through.
